A QUIET APPROACH TO AN IMPORTANT DAY

A baptism or christening is not only about the main moment of the ceremony. It is also about your child, parents and godparents, the church, meaningful details, family reactions and all the small moments happening around you.

As a baptism photographer in Vilnius, I photograph the day in a natural documentary style while also making time for relaxed family portraits.

During the ceremony, I work quietly and respectfully, following the rules of the church and paying attention to moments that happen quickly and cannot be repeated.

My goal is to give you a complete story of the day — not just a few formal photographs by the baptismal font.

A FEW THINGS THAT HELP THE DAY RUN SMOOTHLY

ARRIVE A LITTLE EARLY

If possible, plan to be at the church around 10–15 minutes before the ceremony. It gives everyone time to settle in and allows me to photograph a few quiet moments before the service begins.

CHECK THE CHURCH RULES

Some churches have specific rules about where a photographer can stand or whether flash photography is allowed. It is helpful to check this with the priest in advance.

KEEP THE IMPORTANT DETAILS TOGETHER

The baptismal cross, candle, clothing and other meaningful items are worth photographing, so keep them somewhere easy to access before the ceremony.

TELL ME WHO MATTERS MOST

Let me know who the godparents, grandparents and other key family members are, and if there are any specific group photographs you definitely want after the baptism.
